Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of this reservation may result in a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs PRIOR to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be $500. If cancellation occurs WITHIN 60 days of arrival date, all rental payments will be forfeited, unless the space is re-rented. If your unit is re-booked for the same period, a full refund (less $500 cancellation fee) will be made. If a portion of your time is re-booked, a pro-rata portion of the rental payments will be refunded (less $500 cancellation fee).
Owner reserves the right to cancel this reservation should the property be removed from the vacation rental market. If this is the case, a full refund will be issued, and every effort will be made to locate a suitable replacement property.

On rare occasion, a reserved property may become unavailable due to unanticipated conditions beyond our control. We accept no liability for such an occurrence, financial or otherwise, but will make every effort to provide you with equal accommodation at the same rental rate. If we are unable to do so, or if you do not accept a provided alternative, the unused rental fees and charges will be refunded.
Deposit Policy

Reservations booked 60 days or more in advance of the rental start date are confirmed when one half of the total rental fee is received; the remaining balance is due 30 days before occupancy. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date are confirmed on receipt of the entire rental fee and damage deposit with any additional charges related to your rental. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard ONLY! We no longer accept Damage Deposits. We have went with the Accidental Damage Insurance Policy's. Please see Policy Information.
